With an ever increasing expectation on companies to provide effective governance, the Investment Solutions platform can significantly aid in providing a robust framework. It is designed to provide pension schemes and their advisers access to a range of investment opportunities normally only available to larger pension schemes. The fund platform is fully open-architecture and offers a wide range of equity, bond and multi-manager investment funds as well as specialist Liability Driven Investment (LDI) funds. It provides pension fund trustees with centralised investment administration, dealing and reporting.
By matching trades across the whole platform, Investment Solutions is able to deliver significant savings on dealing costs. The provision for consolidated reporting also helps to ease the burden and our ability to pre-deal trades, limits exposure to out of market risk. The fund platform also underpins Investment Solutions Fiduciary Management service, which is targeted at smaller pension schemes.
Utilising an in-house Life Insurance Company (authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority), Investment Solutions is able to offer a pension scheme investment-only service to clients and their advisers.
By using the flexibility of the platform, advisers can create a 'walled garden' of investment solutions for use with their clients.
By issuing clients with a Trustee Investment Plan (TIP) policy, we are able to offer a 'wrapping' facility for pension schemes. Combining this 'wrapper' with an open-architecture and flexible platform, we can offer:
